If for any reason you are not pleased with your new Polar Power magnetics, you may return the product[s] for a refund within 30 days of the date that your order was delivered. Certain restrictions apply.

There is a 10% Restocking Fee on all returned merchandise and shipping is non-refundable. AUM may waive the Restocking Fee at our discretion.

Literature is non-refundable.

Return policy

Product(s) may be returned for a Refund within 30 days, and refund will be issued promptly after item(s) are received in good and unaltered condition. There is a 10% Restocking Fee on all returned merchandise. Shipping is Non-Refundable,.AUM agrees to pay any shipping costs associated with the correction of any error made by us on your order. We will gladly replace any product that has a manufacturing defect within 30 days of purchase at our expense which includes return item and replacement item shipping costs.
